ORDER INFORMATION
We will confirm your order by email and update you when it has been sent.
We accept the following payment methods from all UK residents over the age of 18.
Credit/ Debit cards- Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, as well as Paypal. We do not accept payments via American Express.
All prices stated on the Website are in British pounds, Sterling and include VAT, but Delivery charges are additional- see below for further information.
UK DELIVERY
Our postal charge is set to £5 per item, for Royal Mail recorded with free postage for orders over £50. We endevour to get your parcel to you within 2-5 Working days. This means your parcel must be signed for at the address given and will be delivered between 8am- 6pm. Please state if you need your order sooner than 3-5 Working days and we will do what we can to make sure it gets to you on time.
Please also make sure your parcel arrives undamaged before signing for it.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer international shipping! It will be calculated at checkout when you have selected the country you wish to send the parcel to.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you will be pleased with your Pretty Disturbia order but If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your order to us, in its original condition (including all packaging and your returns form) within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange to the following address – PRETTY DISTURBIA RETURNS, 14, 30 Princess Street, M1 4DA
This includes sale items also. For all returns, please fill in your returns form (the back of your order form) and send it back to us with your order so we can process the transaction quickly and easily.
We do recommend you use recorded post to ensure proof of postage in the event the parcel does not get to us. We cannot except responsibility for lost items you have sent us, so please keep your postage receipt as proof. Your money will be refunded within 20 working days by the payment method originally used.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have a lot of items which are hand dyed/embellished which means each item will vary in design, making your Pretty Disturbia garment even more unique. We will try and make it as close to the image you see on screen so you know what you are buying.
We ask you follow the care instructions for your garments to ensure long life care, this can often mean washing it inside out at 30 degrees.

We do not allow you to download our images from the site and we reserve all copyright and Intellectual rights to the Brand name, marks and designs related to the brand. eg. The website design itself as well as the Pretty Disturbia fashion collection and graphic prints.
